Horrible experience. I started using their services about three years ago, and at first, they were good and competitive. Unfortunately, once I trusted them, I experienced several issues that completely damaged my confidence in their service. Recently, I had two major concerns: 1. Oil change: I discovered that the oil filter had not been changed for more than two services. The maintenance/engine warning light eventually came on, which raised serious concerns about potential engine damage. I immediately had the oil changed at another shop, and they showed me the old filter. 2. Tires: I visited them for tire maintenance, and their representative recommended a particular tire brand and told me it was very good quality. I trusted their recommendation and had the tires installed there. Later, when I decided to replace the tires at another shop, I was shocked to discover that the four tires were not even the same brand—two were from one brand, while the other two were each from different brands. I really wish I had the same experience as everyone else leaving five stars. I went to this place yesterday with my front tires worse than my back and told them I wanted a tire rotation. I believe it was the manager was telling me that tire rotations are an insurance scam and was explaining to me that all four tires should have the same wear and tear if the alignment is correct. The manager then tries to sell me an alignment instead saying he’s been doing this for 35 years and knows what he’s talking about, though he said he would still do the tire rotation. The problem with his logic is that the weight of the car is unevenly distributed since the engine is in the front and the driver sits next to front left tire, so the front should wear faster than the rear, especially in a front wheel drive. Front tires also generally wear faster than rear tires because they do all the steering and the majority of the braking. Then I ask if the tire rotation will be free. He gets offended by this and starts asking me where I work, how long I work, and if I do anything for free. My mom recommended me to come to this shop, and I had a great experience. The owner and staff were very polite and friendly. The emission inspection was done quickly, and they kindly topped off my windshield washer fluid. Thank you.

I pulled in at 330 on a Saturday with a flat from out of town and after fixing it when Discount wouldn’t, they didn’t even charge me. Go see these guys if you are in need, straight up good guys!

Wow! Hands down the quickest and most affordable tire place in Plano and really all of Collin County. No labor fees and all the other charges the others charge. $190 for 2 new tires total. Stayed in the car while he changed and rotated tires.
